A Slight Change of Plans

We’ve known this was coming for a while now: after selling our house at a huge loss & running into other unexpected expenses, we’ve decided to scratch the Europe/Mediterranean portion of our trip. It would’ve been great, but it’s just too expensive right now.

Instead, next March we’ll be going the other direction from South America – across the Pacific to Southeast Asia, with stops in a few tropical islands on the way. (Bummer, huh?) Our money should go much farther in Thailand, Vietnam & Cambodia, plus we’ll get to try some really interesting food! (at least Hannah & I will, anyway)
