		<description>I don&#039;t think transportation or hotels were the hardest part to figure out about China.  I think the being there was harder - the pollution, the language barrier, the differences in personal space, and my perception of the attitude of most of the people.  We typically don&#039;t like being herded on a group tour but in this case maybe it might have improved our experience.</description>

		<description>Beijing was very different from my expectation - so modern! so big! it makes NYC look like a 19th c village.  Was it hard to organize hotels or transportation by yourselves? We had a wonderful time and visited lots of places and took overnight trips on both trains and boats but we did have an organizer set up our tickets in advance since I wasn&#039;t sure how easy it was to wing it in China.</description>
