We’re happy to be back in America for her birthday festivities, as we continue catching up with family and friends after our long world tour. (and happy birthday to my mom, too!)
We’ve finally gotten over the jetlag, and I’ve spent most of the past week commuting between freelance work in downtown Dallas and our temporary home with Danielle’s parents in Weatherford (65 miles away), so I haven’t had much time to update the blog.
More new posts are coming soon: there are still a few stories to tell about our trip, including some death-defying stunts in Vietnam – so stay tuned!
And our adventure is far from over, too, as we work to design a new lifestyle back in the States based on what we’ve learned and experienced in our travels. We’ll be adding a lot of resources to the site for all of our readers who are contemplating similar lifestyle changes.
I guess you could say we’ve been celebrating our independence for all of the past year, and it really has been incredible. In the future, I hope we can help many others to experience the freedom we’ve found.
