Haikus

by Hannah on June 11, 2009

Hey everyone!

HannahTukTukCU

Mom & Dad are finally letting me write my own blog posts, so here’s something I like to call “Hannah’s Haikus”:

Full Moon Festival

sailing by moonlight
watching lanterns floating by
it feels magical

Dinner

what’s this on my plate?
I’m organ intolerant
and not hungry now.

more to come…

Those were great Hannah. You look so beautiful. I tried my hand at those once for a sweepstakes. Needless to say I didn’t win anything. Love you,

granny

I’ll tell you what is magical hannah!! it;s YOU and you look so grown-up in your picture I thought you were a starlet and the things you say are very mature and beautiful of thought.

Hey Hannah! You look sooo grown up! What does “Hannah’s Haikus” mean?

Your friend,
Alyssa
P.S Is it an inside joke?

@ Alyssa – no joke. Haiku is a kind of Japanese poetry. Mom and Dad have been trying to get me to write for the blog and I finally did.
